I've been meaning to update with some of M's favorites, but alas I must carry the Little Sister upright for 30-40 minutes after feedings, so there's other things, like housework and getting my family fed.
We had friends over yesterday. Their daughter is 3 months younger than M, and the baby on the way is going to be 3 months younger than E. The girls had a blast. It's too bad a lot of our friends with babies live quite a bit away from us. (I signed up for a vimeo account to upload videos because the xanga one didn't work for me the other times I tried to use it, so hopefully you'll see a vid of the girls bouncing in the little pool.)
Hubby's cousin and his wife are actually on their way over here any minutes now. It is a HOT day, so we might go for ice cream later after dinner. My sister is going to storytime with us tomorrow so hopefully M will get to play a little more. Hubby has worship practice on Thursday. I think he's on sound board this week. I so not like putting both kids down at night by myself. And one of my college friends is getting married on Saturday! Then she's up and moving to DC with her hubby.
Anyhow, I should be hearing the doorbell ring any moment now.
...I could have posted a Favorites entry...I put E down. Oh well....

I know how hard it is to put one child down by yourself.. can't imagine two! During the wedding season, hubby is away four nights a week - sometimes more - and it's exhausting. It's one of the reasons we're waiting to try to conceive - I'd like K to be able to do a lot of things on his own, or somewhat on his own, so I don't have to "juggle" two little ones at the same time. Also, I know I'll probably be incapacitated (sp?) for a good long while again, so I'll need him to be out of diapers at least... But, of course, that biological clock is still ticking away, so I'm getting a little nervous!
But I digress..
Hope you had a nice dinner. I liked the look of that salad recipe, but alas! K is allergic to spinach AND nuts... *sigh*
