Jesus Went Home
M got a Toddler Bible from our church's children's ministry director. She loves it!! She likes to read about David and Goliath and Noah. Before nap I was reading about Jesus and the tomb. It talked about how He is alive again, but then He was covered in a cloud and then He went back to heaven. M said, "He will come back later. He went home." I said, "You're right, He will come again." Nodding, M replied, "He went to the bathroom. Go pee-pee poo-poo. He come again." It also comes with a DVD. M is more a fan of books, so we haven't watched the whole thing yet. I'll have to do a review on this later, but she wants to read this everyday for nap and before bed...along with all her other books before bed as well. Loves books like her mama. =p

K loves his books, too! (Just like his mommy...) We've had to make a deal: during the day, he can 'read' as many books as he wants to, but before bedtime/naptime, only one book. He has a new favorite every few weeks... right now it's one about a little boy and his pet elephant. I'd give you the title, but it's in German...
